Teresa Nieves (she/her) is a queer, neurodivergent small business owner, Disruption Coach, and Unconventional Strategist who helps women, non-binary, and gender-fluid folks shake up the stories that are keeping them stuck.She’s not here for surface-level fluff—she’s here to help you stop people-pleasing, get clear on what you actually want, and build a life that feels like yours. Whether through life coaching, Reiki healing, or a strategic shake-up, Teresa gives her clients the tools (and the occasional loving push) to rediscover their power, challenge outdated beliefs, and create real, lasting change.

With over 15 years of nonprofit management, program development, and capacity-building experience, Teresa knows how to build impactful spaces and programs. But her real magic? Helping people break free from the narratives that have kept them playing small. Her clients have launched passion-filled businesses, healed and released emotional and energetic blocks, and—most importantly—learned to trust and love themselves again.

When she’s not coaching, facilitating, or hyping up her clients, Teresa is raising two rebellious daughters to question everything and make their own rules.
